The RQLRA is the Royal Quarter Leaseholders and Residents Association — a democratic, transparent, and independent group representing leaseholders and residents at Royal Quarter, Kingston.

Strategic Goal

The strategic goal of the Association is to meet all conditions necessary to obtain legal recognition by the First-tier Tribunal (Property Chamber) as a Recognised Tenants' Association (“RTA”) under section 29 of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1985.

Code of Conduct

The RQLRA operates a single Code of Conduct that applies to every member without exception — Full Members, Associate Members, and Committee Officers alike. Everyone is expected to engage respectfully, act in good faith, and support the Association's fair, open, and democratic way of working.
